I must say I can’t recommend this pharmacy and Mike enough. Mike is very knowledgeable and was able to help me get a brand name medication that no other pharmacies will even talk about ordering or even share any knowledge on the situation. Not only was he willing to order the medication I prefer. I would just like to say he truly went out of his way to make sure the customer is happy and gets what they want. I can guarantee this is very rare to find anywhere else. I am very relieved to have found a good pharmacy I can stick and count on 👍🏻

Mike and his team are personable respectful and helpful, unlike a lot of the legacy pharmacy corporations who don’t look out for customers. Two main examples of their kindness; KMG (Mike) has put me first over the men waiting in the lobby but he kindly advises the men that women come first but he’ll make it quick (total gentleman)! Mike and team has also walked out onto floor with me to help find products or over the counter items to save me time and frustration; Walgreens or Meijer pharmacies would never do that…… KMG is out of my way (driving distance) but they’ll continue to have my business!! 👌😄

Mike was my pharmacist back in the days of RiteAide. It was he who taught me that my pharmacist was my best source for information when it came to understanding what it was I was taking. He has always taken the extra step. Giving me a break when my insurance wouldn’t. We followed him to Trotwood and recommend him to all.

This little pharmacy is what Trotwood needed! The staff is friendly, helpful and have ALWAYS taken the time to answer any questions or listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. CVS may be the "Big Dog" on the block and that's okay by me. I like knowing the KMG staff really does care about their customers and will do the best they can for us.

This has been the only pharmacy so has been kind enough to deliver to my area. Riverside, Ohio which is nice since I don't drive. They have been more than good to me

The pharmacist was kind and knowledgeable over the phone, and the staff is friendly and efficient. My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner. I’m very happy I switched to this pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy that I have ever dealt with and I have been to a few. They are always friendly and go above and beyond to help you get your prescription. They make sure you understand what the medications are for and answer any questions you have. The team is very professional and great you as soon as you come in the door. When you call them they are very nice and help address your needs. They also have an amazing delivery driver that is amazing and very sweet. I highly recommend them.
